• To send you tournament alerts and weekly digest emails you subscribed to
• To process promotion payments and manage your promoted tournaments

Tournament organizer information (names, emails, phone numbers) displayed on Tourney Hunter is sourced from publicly available tournament websites. If you are a tournament organizer and want your contact information removed or updated, please email support@tourneyhunter.com.

• Email subscriptions: retained until you unsubscribe
• User accounts: retained until you request deletion
• Search logs: retained for 12 months for analytics, then deleted
• Tournament view logs: retained for 12 months, then deleted
• Tournament data: retained for 12 months past the tournament date, then archived

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time (link in every email)
• Request a copy of your personal data
• Request deletion of your account and personal data
• Update or correct your information

Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches our servers. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
