Biddeford, ME
Well run, we keep going back
They do a great job with this one — we've been back three years running. Heads up for mite teams: they use big nets, so be ready for that. The Biddeford rink is surprisingly warm and has a good snack bar.

Good tournament, watch the parity
Parity was tough. Some of the stronger teams could have played up a tier to make the brackets fairer.
Dover, NH
Great first tournament for new players
Fun for 6U-8U mite development players. It's a cross-ice tournament aimed at kids who are new to hockey.
Bourne, MA
Very well run mite tournament
Very good mite hockey at the AAA/Tier 1 level. Very well run — great merch, a mascot, and custom mini sticks on site.
Hooksett, NH
Fun, close to home, and ran on time
Schedules ran on time. The reffing was consistent all tourney. This was at the 10U level and we felt the parity was pretty close.

“Our favorite for my son has been Lake Placid, which was a Can/Am tournament. You obviously have the history there (and they held an open skate for players and family on the 1980 rink, which was fun for me). But the town is also nice and our hotel was across from the rink on the edge of the small downtown area. I parked my car at the hotel when we got there and didn't have to drive again until we left. Some hotels might be a little farther, but still within a couple of minutes driving - you're probably not staying at some hotel 20 miles away.”Been to this one? Add your review →
“CCM world invite has always been a great tournament for my son, but it depends heavily on the level of competition you play at. The upper tiers are quite good and you get to play teams from all over, which is cool”Been to this one? Add your review →
“I always enjoyed coaching in the tournament in Buffalo that includes the outdoor rink by the harbor.”Been to this one? Add your review →
“Country Western Showdown in Nashville, TN. They also have skills competition, which the kids really enjoyed. The had a team relay race with one coach. Fastest skater, accuracy target shooting, hardest shot, break-away competition. My son loved going there each year. =)”Been to this one? Add your review →
“The Bell Capital Cup in Ottawa. It's not as big as it used to be, but is a pretty big tournament for Atom and Peewee aged players.”Been to this one? Add your review →
