As a global leader in elite skills training, Apex delivers an immersive experience focused on technical power skating, posture and balance, puck skills, footwork agility, and rapid reaction—all in a high-energy environment. What Athletes Can Expect • 4 hours of focused on-ice skills training • 8:30AM-9:30AM, 9:45AM-10:45AM on Saturday, 8:15AM-9:15AM, 9:30AM-10:30AM on Sunday Camp Structure and Curriculum Each day includes two hours of intensive on-ice training.
