Description
12 Week Program Layout: A specialized 12-week program lead by Jesse Saban (Current U18AAA 67's Head Coach). This program is designed to develop the skating, puck skills and decision-making abilities of defensemen. Players will focus on edge work, mobility, transitions, gap control, puck retrievals, breakout execution, and defending in game-like situations. At the end of the program players will have improved confidence, efficiency, and overall improved effectiveness in all three zones. Dates & Times: Mondays, October 5, 2026 to December 21, 2026 7:00am-8:00am Location: Tony Graham Recreation Complex (100 Charlie Rogers Pl, Kanata)
