As a global leader in elite skills training, Apex delivers an immersive 2-day program focused on technical power skating, posture and balance, puck skills, footwork agility, and rapid reaction—all in a high-energy, professional environment. What Athletes Can Expect • 3 total hours of focused on-ice skills training (90 minutes of training per day, Saturday and Sunday) • Ice times: Saturday, December 19th (9:50AM-11:10AM on Breakaway Rink) | Sunday, December 20th (9:20AM-10:40AM on Ice Forum Rink) • Small groups (max 32 skaters) for high-quality instruction • Progressive curriculum that builds from fundamentals to game-speed application Camp Structure and Curriculum Each day includes 90 minutes of intensive on-ice training.
