As a global leader in elite skills training, Apex delivers an immersive 5-day program focused on technical power skating, posture and balance, puck skills, footwork agility, and rapid reaction—all in a high-energy, professional environment. What Athletes Can Expect • 10 total hours of focused on-ice skills training (2 hours per day, Monday–Friday) • Small groups (max 32 skaters) for high-quality instruction • Progressive curriculum that builds from fundamentals to game-speed application • Ice times: Monday-Thursday (11:10AM-1:10PM) | Friday (8AM-10AM) Camp Structure and Curriculum Each day includes two hours of intensive on-ice training.
