Join us for an immersive training program focused on enhancing on-ice safety and developing important contact skills for hockey players. This comprehensive session is designed to equip players with the knowledge and tools necessary to recognize and execute safe and clean contact during gameplay. We are collaborating with Tyrell Buckley who holds his Masters in Human Kinetics (MHK: Concentration in Mental performance) In the classroom session, participants will delve into the fundamentals of on-ice safety, including recognizing the onset of contact, developing proper hockey stance for giving and receiving contact, proper angling technique, and distinguishing between clean and dangerous forms of contact. Through interactive discussions and demonstrations, players will gain a solid understanding of essential concepts that will help improve their on-ice performance.
