Our new summer program is designed to help athletes reach their full potential by combining on-ice hockey training with structured off-ice mental performance development. On the ice, players participate in high-tempo skill sessions focused on skating efficiency, puck control, shooting, passing, game awareness, and position-specific development. Through progressive drills and game-realistic scenarios, athletes build the technical skills and hockey IQ required to perform at higher levels of competition. Off the ice, athletes engage in mental performance training that develops the mindset necessary for long-term success. Sessions focus on confidence building, goal setting, resilience, focus, preparation routines, leadership, communication, and strategies for handling pressure and adversity.
